Certainly one of my favourite traits from the Golden Globes crimson carpet have been female frills attire. Though the climate was dreary, the candy ruffles, lace and tulle floating down the crimson carpet introduced a lightness to the air. I particularly liked Julia Garner and Michelle Williams in Gucci.

After all most of us don’t have events to put on such fancy robes. However we will take inspiration from the crimson carpet and carry it into cocktail hour or a particular occasion.
