Kosher salt or coarsely floor sea salt
4 oz. (½ cup) silver tequila
3 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 oz. Freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tsp. Gentle agave nectar
2 lime wedges or rounds, for garnish
step 1:
Pour a layer of salt onto a small plate. Lower off a small piece of lime and rub the moist fringe of the slice midway alongside the rim of the glass. Dip the highest of the glass into the salt at a 45-degree angle and roll it aspect to aspect to catch the salt.
Step 2:
Add ice cubes to a margarita glass and put aside.
Step 3:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, orange juice and agave nectar. Cowl and shake for 30 seconds. Pressure the liquid right into a glass.
Step 4:
Garnish with a slice of lime.
We’re large followers of Djalali’s margaritas. In reality, you may take a look at one other Friday of the Oscars put up after we used Tacos and Margaritas. In that put up, I added guava juice to make a fruity margarita.
