Spring has arrived and with it a couple of particular events. Easter is first in line and do I’ve a cute Easter outfit for you right now. It’s gentle and brilliant and in my favourite colour – pink! I’m nonetheless within the throes of planning my Easter brunch menu. However at the least my outfit is formally within the books, I am sharing what I am carrying for Easter.
Each time Easter is on the horizon it conjures childhood reminiscences and purchasing for my Easter costume, sneakers, hat, and purse with my mom. Who else went purchasing for Easter clothes?
Like clockwork yearly my mom would seize my hand one Saturday morning and our annual mother-daughter ritual commenced. In Omaha, there was a youngsters’s boutique referred to as Rebecca’s that was all the time our first cease.
What enjoyable it was to climb into my mom’s convertible, tie a shawl round my head and zip off on our purchasing expedition. It was all the time a grand day to go on a purchasing spree with my mom which included a girl’s lunch full with a chocolate coke – my mom’s favourite. And I liked that these pesky brothers of mine needed to keep residence! Though, I’m pretty sure they have been relieved it was a “ladies solely” day!
